
Renowned Ghanaian football administrator has been confirmed dead
Division One league club Berekum Arsenal FC owner, Alhaji Yakubu Moro has been confirmed dead as a result of a short illness at the Açcra Ridge Hospital.
The outspoken football owner was sick for some weeks and was receiving treatment in Berekum whiles His condition wasn’t improving and was taken to Accra regional ridge hospital for treatment but with all efforts to let Him survive the sickness failed.

Alhaji Yakubu Moro, under his leadership as owner of the Bring Ahafo based club earned a promotion to the Ghana Premier League in two thousand (2000) and stayed on until 2013 where they were relegated badly.

Berekum Aresnal qualified for the CAF Confederation Cup where they manage to eliminate Congolese side Diables Noirs in the first round of the competition in 2006 but were they were clash out in the second round by Petro Atletico from Angola.
