Former Accra Hearts of Oak chairman and international football consultant, Mr Farouk Al Wahab has expressed his ideas on the best way to improve Ghana Premier League to enhance financial stability on the part of the GFA, Clubs and the Government. Mr Wahab explain detailed strategies to improve the financial burden which is hindering the progress of our league.
