There has been a lot of talk about the “fight of the century” as the much anticipated fight between Anthony Joshua and Tyson fury is fondly called.

After Joshua’s defeat of the Bulgarian “Cobra” Kubrat Pulev via a 9th round knockout on 12th December, 2020 at the SSE Arena in London, Tyson Fury was quick to demand a fight with Anthony Joshua.

Anthony Joshua had accepted the fight as a challenge, and hunted that he was ready to take on “the gypsy king” as Fury is fondly called by his fans.

It is important to note that Anthony Joshua’s win against Pulev made him the first man to win all four titles namely; WBA(Super), WBO, IBO, and IBF.

A lot has not been going on about the fight untill today, when Tyson Fury once more, took to his Twitter page to call out a host of boxers and wrestlers he wanted to “smash” and fortunately or unfortunately, Anthony Joshua’s name came up.

Tyson Fury promised to smash Aj’s face withing two rounds and there was nothing Aj could do about it.

He also vowed to quit fighting if Anthony Joshua survived past three rounds with him in the ring when they eventually meet.

Here were his exact words:

“I’ve got a message for Aj. Aj, if you go past three rounds with me I’ll quit in the corner. “Because that’s how confident I am taking you out, cold out in the first two, three rounds.

“Out like a light switch.”
