Clifford Aboagye – I’m Well Prepared to Play For The Black Stars. Former Ghana U-20 most promising midfielder Clifford Aboagye believes he is ready to play for the Black Stars.

The former Granada CF star made it clear that his move to the Spanish La Liga slowed his development hindering his raise to the top but believes he is matured now to feature for the Black Stars of Ghana in all competitions.

Speaking on Kumasi based Radio, Ash FM, Clifford said; “It’s every player’s dream to play for his national team and looking at what I did for the U-20 the Black Satellite as a captain, I think this is the time for me to represent my country at the senior level”

“Coach C.K is a very good coach and I Know he has an eye for good players who are performing well with their clubs”With my performance I’m convinced I will earn Black Stars call-up”,

The 25-year-old attacking midfielder currently plays for FC Tijuana in the Mexican league.

He was an instrumental member of the Black Satellites team during the 2013 and 2015 FIFA World Cups in Turkey and New Zealand respectively.

Aboagye joined the Mexican side from Atlas Guadalajara just this summer.
