The ranking is as follows:

3. Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa
4. El Zamalek of Egypt
5. TP Mazembe of Congo
6. Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia
7. Wydad Casablanca of Morocco
8. Al Hilal Omdurman of Sudan
9. Augosto of Angola
10. VS Sfaxian of Tunisia
